What to expect in your session
Discovery
The session begins with identifying your special biological programs (through "problem" statements).
Resolution
With layered communication processes, we bring your biological conflicts out of your psyche (into your conscious awareness).
Integration
At the end of the session, you'll integrate your insights into a practical decision that inspires or motivates you. (Plus you'll get the session recording.)
A note on availability
To keep balance between creating new content and serving my premium coaching clients, I have only a few single sessions each month. If you're looking for deeper or ongoing support, my courses or coaching packages are a better fit.
More about MindTree Integration sessions
A MindTree Integration session is a focused, one-to-one process where we uncover and resolve the biological conflicts that are the source of your physical and emotional health symptoms. Instead of managing symptoms or forcing change, we work at the root – your psyche – so your natural solutions can unfold.
No. Each individually-booked MindTree Integration session is a single, stand-alone experience to work on a single problem. Coaching packages have a pre-set number of scheduled sessions, an overall structure and curriculum, and ongoing support between sessions. Many people start with a single MindTree Integration session to see if the deeper coaching work feels right for them.
We begin by clarifying the issue you'd like to work on. Then, using a special communication process, we explore your experiences and responses through the lens of the biological laws. You'll leave with a new perspective, greater resolution, and space for natural healing to complete.
Each session is about 90 minutes, but give yourself two hours as you will likely want to continue processing your insights.
No special preparation is needed except a device with a stable Internet connection, a quiet, private meeting space, and a willingness to be open and honest about your experiences. You would probably also like to have a glass of water and a box of tissues.
Anything that feels unresolved—physical symptoms, recurring patterns, emotional struggles, or questions about meaning, purpose, and how the five biological laws of the Germanic New Medicine apply to your situation. The process adapts to you.
That depends on how much you want me to join you in your healing process. Many people find all the clarity they need in a single session. Others choose ongoing coaching to support deeper transformation. You can always book another session if you need it in the next phase of your evolution. (Each single MindTree Integration session is designed as a complete experience on its own. If you choose to book more than one, please note that they will remain separate sessions without ongoing support or continuity between them.)
Navigate to the "Book your session" section on this page and follow the steps to schedule and confirm your appointment.
Sessions are only available online via videoconferencing, making them accessible from anywhere in the world.
You'll receive a link to your call recording so you can revisit anything that stood out to you. After your first MindTree Integration session, you'll also get a short follow-up email a few days later with insights about what you may be noticing or experiencing as things integrate. Please know that I don't offer ongoing email or message support outside of the session.
If you are interested in a MindTree Integration coaching package, please request an invitational meeting. If you are not sure about a coaching commitment, book an individual MindTree Integration session to see what the process is like.
You can cancel or reschedule a booked session up to 48 hours before the session. If you cancel a session, it will take 7-10 days to receive your refund.
Clients usually report a sense of relief, clarity, and freedom from patterns they've struggled with, often for years. Each experience is unique, but the common theme is a return of energy, perspective, and excitement about life.
To keep each session focused and complete, I don't offer follow-up discussion afterward. If you'd like continued support, my coaching packages are a great way to have that ongoing connection. And if you're looking for more detailed explanations and technical depth, you'll find my courses really helpful.
