3. Refunds & Cancellations

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Please review the policies that apply to your specific service or program:

• MindTree Integration Session — Full refund available if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
• Courses — 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
• Coaching Packages (Evolution Journey, Metamorphosis, Flashpoint) — Terms and conditions are set out in the individual coaching agreement provided upon enrollment.
• Quintessence Tribe Subscription — Subscription payments are non-refundable, but you may cancel anytime to stop future billing.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days once approved.
