During a DHS (Dirk Hamer Syndrome) and the formation of a biological conflict, our psyche, on high alert, records every sensory detail: smells, sounds, tones, textures, temperatures, time, and much more.
These sensory data can act like “tracks” or “rails” back to the active conflict in the psyche when similar sensory data are present at a future time.
“Stepping on a track,” in GNM/GHK terms, means returning to an active phase of a special biological program when a condition that we were aware of at the time of the DHS “reminds” us of the DHS. This is like an alarm bell that the conflict may not be resolved.
We will then quickly develop symptoms of the epi-crisis and then PCL B.
Tracks are the basis of allergies, repetitive symptoms, addiction, and chronic illness.
For example, if we have “peanut” track, this means we had a DHS while exposed to peanuts (for example, we have a DHS while eating a peanut butter sandwich, or we have a DHS while receiving a vaccination that uses peanut oil as a carrier).
As long as the biological conflict is not resolved in the psyche, we can then have an “allergic” reaction to the smell, taste, texture, or other quality of “peanuts” (due to the “peanut” track). The reaction will be based on the nature of the DHS and the conflict content, and is not caused by the peanuts themselves.
“Extended tracks” (or “extension tracks“) develop when we have a new DHS while on a track.
For example, while eating a peanut butter and jam sandwich, we may develop frightening “allergy” symptoms. If we now have a DHS about the “peanut reaction,” and we don’t solve this new DHS, we may now become “allergic” to jam and bread in addition to peanuts. In this scenario, the original DHS is not solved, peanuts are a track to the original DHS, and then jam and bread are extension tracks.
Tracks and extended tracks are the reason why sensitivities and allergies tend to become more serious and inclusive.
Extended tracks are also the basis of so-called “degenerative” diseases.
